In flight blog migrates

Welcome to the new permanent residency of my blog. Previously i have been using my website as the location for my blog antics, but after having a review of the functionality and features of my website provider it has come to light that i should follow the flock and migrate to pastures new, for the winter and perhaps if this habitat suits me i'll stick around for the summer and beyond.... 

All in all blogger seems to tick many boxes for displaying images, videos and sounds and should, i hope be fit for purpose.

In the coming weeks i hope to include my insights into birds, bats and insects around the Avalon Marshes, throughout Somerset and beyond. I intend to do this through photography, illustrations, video footage and sound clips and of course good old banter.

For now i shall leave you with a few photos taken over the late summer to autumn period around glorious Somerset.
